Le Bisschopsmolen date du 11ème siècle et a été restauré en 2004. Le moulin à eau est alimenté par l'eau de la Jeker.
Ceux qui sont curieux peuvent visiter le moulin, voir les boulangers au travail et profiter de l'un des délices dans la Gelagkamer.
Vous préférez mettre la main à la pâte vous-même ? Réservez l'un des ateliers ! Les visiteurs peuvent également profiter d'un séjour particulier : un B&B au-dessus de la boulangerie !
