Le moulin à eau de Coll, un moulin à eau à double chute, est un moulin combiné à farine et à huile situé sur la Petite Dommel. Le moulin à farine possède 2 paires de meules et le moulin à huile a seulement un dispositif de pré-chute.
Le moulin se trouve à l'est du quartier Tongelre de la ville d'Eindhoven, dans le quartier d'Urkhoven, dans le hameau 't Coll, presque à la frontière municipale avec Nuenen près de Eeneind.
C'est un monument national.
