La gare de Geleen Oost est l'une des trois stations de chemin de fer de Sittard-Geleen, située dans le quartier de Geleen. Le premier bâtiment de la gare date de 1893 et était du type standard ZSM. En 1964, ce bâtiment a été remplacé par le type standard Douma. En plus d'une partie vente de billets, ce bâtiment avait également une salle d'attente. Caractéristique de ce bâtiment était le mur en briques contenant une œuvre d'art. En 2006, ce bâtiment a été démoli ; en raison de l'introduction des distributeurs de billets, l'utilisation du bâtiment de la gare a diminué.
