La station Berkel-Enschot est une ancienne station sur la ligne de chemin de fer Tilburg - Nimègue et se situe entre les stations actuelles de Tilburg et de 's-Hertogenbosch. La station de Berkel-Enschot a été ouverte le 4 juin 1881 et a fermé le 15 mai 1938. Le bâtiment de la station a été démoli en 1958. Au cours des dernières années, une réouverture de Berkel-Enschot a été un sujet de conversation. L'arrêt ferait mieux desservir Berkel-Enschot et pourrait alléger un peu la N65 entre Tilburg-Oost et Den Bosch. En 2010, l'ancien ministre Eurlings s'est montré en faveur de la station. Quelques mois plus tard, une motion visant à parvenir à une décision définitive sur la construction dans les trois mois a été rejetée par la Chambre des représentants. Le 28 novembre 2014, il a été annoncé que la station ne serait certainement pas construite avant 2028.
