L'église Saint-Léonard est un ancien bâtiment ecclésiastique catholique romain à Helmond, situé au 129 Wethouder Ebbenlaan. Elle est dédiée à Léonard de Veghel.
L'église, dont la construction a commencé en 1939, a été consacrée en 1947. L'architecte était Hendrik Christiaan van de Leur, qui a collaboré avec Cor Roffelsen pour ce projet. L'église, dans un style traditionaliste, a été construite dans une forme sobre d'expressionnisme en brique, tel que pratiqué par Dom Bellot.
