L'Eemhuis a été construit dans la ville néerlandaise d'Amersfoort pour accueillir quatre institutions culturelles. La Bibliothèque Eemland, l'Archives Eemland, Écoles dans l'Art et le Kunsthal KAdE sont hébergées ensemble dans ce nouveau bâtiment sur la place Eemplein depuis le 1er mai 2014. Sur les rives de l'Eem, une extension du cœur historique de la ville d'Amersfoort a été réalisée, dont l'Eemhuis est l'élément le plus marquant. Au cours de la première année suivant son ouverture, l'Eemhuis a attiré environ 1 million de visiteurs.
