L'église du Sacré-Cœur de Jésus est l'église paroissiale de Brachterbeek, située au 7, Kerkstraat, dans la commune néerlandaise de Maasgouw. À environ 400 mètres au sud-ouest se trouve la chapelle de Notre-Dame-de-Lorette. Brachterbeek a été mentionnée pour la première fois en 1500. La localité voisine, Maasbracht, n'a été mentionnée comme paroisse qu'en 1756, et Brachterbeek en faisait également partie. Des messes étaient célébrées dans la chapelle de Notre-Dame de Lorette, fondée en 1701.
