Lerop est un hameau dans la province néerlandaise du Limbourg, qui fait partie de la commune de Roerdalen. C'est historiquement un hameau de Sint Odiliënberg. Lerop compte 160 habitants.
Lerop se caractérise par les exploitations agricoles tant pour les cultures de plein champ et la culture des fruits que pour l'élevage. En plus de ces exploitations, le hameau compte quelques dizaines de maisons et une petite maison de la communauté. Cette "Leropperhof" est d'ailleurs la seule installation à Lerop.
