Le Banjaard est un parc de vacances avec hôtel dans la province néerlandaise de la Zélande. Il est situé dans la municipalité de Noord-Beveland, au nord-ouest du village de Kamperland. Le nom du parc est dérivé du banc de sable du même nom, situé au nord-ouest. Le parc de bungalows de Banjaard a été construit entre 1959 et 1960 et se compose d'environ 140 maisons de vacances. Entre 1995 et 1997, un nouveau parc de vacances a vu le jour derrière le Banjaard, appelé Roompot Residence De Banjaard. Il a été conçu par l'architecte et promoteur immobilier Matthijs Zeelenberg, qui a dessiné d'autres parcs similaires. Il comprend environ 600 maisons de vacances préfabriquées en partie, regroupées autour d'un centre avec des magasins, des restaurants et une piscine. Les logements sont en grande partie construits avec des cadres en PVC et des planches en fibrociment afin de résister à l'air salin de la mer.
