À environ 100 mètres à l'est du point de vue de Kale Jacob se trouve un Kochbunker datant de la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Le mur du bunker est constitué d'une sorte d'anneau de maçonnerie. Au-dessus, il y a un "couvercle de puits" en béton avec une petite ouverture. Par cette ouverture, un périscope pouvait être inséré. Ce bunker n'était donc pas un trou de tireur, mais un bunker pour surveiller les environs. Le bunker faisait partie de la Beek-Riegel, une ligne de défense allemande.
