Une des locations de la Silo Art Tour Achterhoek est à admirer à Lochem. Les murs des silos de stockage de la Coopérative de manutention Op- & Overslag Oost Nederland (OOCON) sont ornés d'une impressionnante fresque réalisée par le duo d'artistes TelmoMiel. Avec une surface de pas moins de 1300 m2, Miel Krutzmann a réalisé ici l'une des plus grandes œuvres d'art urbain des Pays-Bas. L'œuvre est visible depuis les environs de Lochem. Sur le côté droit de l'œuvre, l'artiste a intégré une référence au domaine de Verwolde. En arrière-plan, se déroule l'histoire des faucheurs de Lochem.
