L'église de la Communauté Mennonite Unie de Haarlem date de 1683. Au lieu de parler d'un bâtiment d'église, il serait peut-être préférable de parler d'un complexe ecclésiastique.
Derrière les portes de cette 'Grande Vermaning' se déploie en effet une enchaînement surprenant de couloirs et de salles. À l'origine, il n'était possible d'entrer dans l'église que par deux ruelles étroites dans la Peuzelaarsteeg. Plus tard, une porte a été ajoutée dans la Frankestraat et la Grote Houtstraat. L'orgue et le jardin intérieur de l'église sont particulièrement remarquables.
