Le tunnel de Nappstraum est un tunnel routier sous-marin dans le comté de Nordland, en Norvège. Le tunnel long de 1 776 mètres est situé sur la route européenne E10, reliant les îles de Flakstadøya et Vestvågøya. Le village de Napp se trouve juste au sud de l'entrée ouest du tunnel. Le tunnel a été ouvert le 11 juillet 1990 pour remplacer une ancienne liaison par ferry qui reliait les deux îles. Le tunnel atteint une profondeur de 63 mètres sous le niveau de la mer et la pente maximale de la route dans le tunnel est de 8 %. Le tunnel était soumis à un péage jusqu'en 2003, lorsque la dette liée au tunnel a été remboursée.
