Le Teno est un fleuve de Finlande et de Norvège tributaire de la mer de Barents , marquant sur 256 kilomètres, la majeure partie de son cours, la frontière entre ces deux pays . C'est le troisième plus long cours d'eau de Norvège. Il prend ses noms en aval de Karasjok, après la réunion des puissantes rivières Karasjohka et Inarijoki .
Il est notamment réputé pour ses saumons et ses conditions de pêche exceptionnelles. Il détient le record du monde du plus gros saumon atlantique pêché, un spécimen de 36 kilogrammes en 1929.
