Cet ancien institut de formation agricole ne sert actuellement que d'abri pour un berger d'environ 100 à 150 chèvres et 6 chiens. Les chèvres sont gardées pour la production de lait. Chaque jour, le berger et ses chèvres parcourent la région à la recherche de champs où les animaux paissent leurs repas.
