Ce temple est situé en face de Wat Chang Lom. Les constructions importantes de ce temple sont le chedi principal avec un sommet en forme de lotus, un bâtiment vihara et 33 chedis subordonnés. Toutes les constructions étaient délimitées par un mur de délimitation. L'ensemble du complexe était à l'origine entouré d'un fossé de temple. Ce temple a été appelé Wat Chedi Chet Thaeo, ce qui signifie le temple avec 7 rangées de chedis, car il y a de nombreux chedis subordonnés ici. Les chedis subordonnés sont assez célèbres. Ils portent divers styles artistiques tels que les styles sri-lankais, pagan et sri vijaya. Le défunt prince Damrong Rajanubhab a suggéré que cela pourrait être le temple où les restes incinérés de la famille royale de Sukhothai étaient conservés.
