Narodytchi ou Naroditchi est une commune urbaine de l'oblast de Jytomyr, en Ukraine, et le centre administratif du raïon de Narodytchi. Située à 70 km de Tchernobyl, Narodytchi est dans la zone d'exclusion nucléaire. Sa population s'élevait à 2 581 habitants en 2013.
Narodytchi se trouve dans la région historique de Polésie. Elle est arrosée par la rivière Ouj, à son point de confluence avec la Jerev, dans le bassin de la Prypiat. Narodytchi se trouve à 107 km au nord-est de Jytomyr et à 134 km au nord-ouest de Kiev.
