La maison Zimmerman, également connue sous le nom de maison Zim, est une structure historique située à Horseheads, New York. C'était la maison du dessinateur Eugène Zimmerman, également connu sous le nom de "Zim". La signification architecturale et historique de la maison a conduit à son inscription au Registre national des lieux historiques en 1983.
Zimmerman a conçu la maison en 1890 dans un style Queen Anne. Elle a été construite par son beau-père, Alvah Beard. Zimmerman a également conçu le Zim Bandstand dans le parc Teal à proximité. Les deux se trouvent dans le quartier historique de l'extension de 1855 de Horseheads.
