Le comté de Lassen est un comté de l'État de Californie, aux États-Unis. Au recensement de 2000, il comptait 33 828 habitants. Son siège est Susanville.
Le comté de Lassen fut créé en 1864 à partir de territoires du comté de Plumas et du comté de Shasta.
Son nom est dérivé du pic Lassen qui a été appelé ainsi en l'honneur de Peter Lassen, un des guides du général John C. Fremont et un trappeur connu. Il fut tué par les Paiutes à la base de la montagne en 1859. Ce comté contient le Lassen Volcano National Park, ainsi que de nombreux lacs.
