La ville de Truth or Consequences est une station thermale et le siège du comté de Sierra, dans l’État du Nouveau-Mexique, aux États-Unis. Elle est surnommée « T or C ».
La ville a été fondée sous le nom de Hot Springs mais elle prit le nom d'une émission de radio en 1950, quand l'animateur du jeu Truth or Consequences, Ralph Edwards, annonça que l'émission se tiendrait dans la première ville qui prendrait son nom. Ralph Edwards vint dans la ville le premier week-end de mai pendant les 50 ans qui suivirent. Cet événement, appelé la Fiesta, comprenait un concours de beauté et une parade.
