La chapelle Pauline , ou chapelle paulinienne, est une chapelle de style Renaissance du palais du Vatican, à Rome. Elle doit son nom au pape Paul III, qui la fait bâtir de 1537 à 1539. Deux grandes fresques de Michel-Ange, illustrant la Conversion de saint Paul et le Martyre de saint Pierre, ornent ses murs latéraux. Exécutées à l'apogée de sa renommée entre 1542 et 1550, ce sont les dernières peintures de l'artiste.
