Le Palais Bleu ou Plavi Dvorac a été construit en tant que palais de l'héritier à Cetinje, la capitale royale du Monténégro. Aujourd'hui, le Palais Bleu est la résidence officielle du Président du Monténégro.
Il a été construit en 1894-1895 dans le style Empire tardif comme résidence du Prince Héritier Danilo du Monténégro, alors héritier présomptif du trône. Le bâtiment a servi de modèle pour la construction des bâtiments des autres membres de la dynastie Petrović-Njegoš à travers le Monténégro.
