Le port de Los Angeles, aussi appelé Los Angeles Harbor ou Worldport LA, est un port situé dans la baie de San Pedro, dans les quartiers de San Pedro et Wilmington de la ville de Los Angeles, à approximativement 30 kilomètres au sud du centre-ville.
Le complexe portuaire occupe au total 30 km² et a une côte de 69 km², avec une ouverture directe sur l'océan Pacifique. Il est contigu au port de Long Beach et avait un trafic de 65 millions de tonnes en 1994, ce qui en fait l'un des plus importants ports des États-Unis.
