Le patriarcat arménien de Constantinople est une juridiction autonome de l'Église apostolique arménienne en Turquie. Le « Patriarche arménien de Constantinople » ou « Patriarche arménien d'Istanbul et de toute la Turquie » réside dans le quartier de Kumkapı à Istanbul ; le titulaire était Mesrob II Mutafyan depuis 1998. Depuis 2016 le siège est vacant.
Le patriarcat arménien a été établi à Istanbul en 1461 par le Sultan Mehmed II, huit ans après la conquête de cette ville, pour faire contre-poids au patriarcat grec orthodoxe, tout puissant. Le premier patriarche est Hovagim Ier, un Arménien de Bursa que Mehmed II connaissait depuis son enfance.
