Tulln an der Donau è un comune austriaco di 16 040 abitanti nel distretto di Tulln, in Bassa Austria; ha lo status di città capoluogo di distretto . Nel 1972 inglobò il comune soppresso di Langenlebarn.
Nella seconda metà del I secolo nell'area ove oggi sorge Tulln fu costruito un forte ausiliario romano denominato "Comagena". Faceva parte della provincia romana del Norico.
