Nesselwängle è un comune con 462 abitanti nel distretto di Reutte in Tirolo. Il comune si trova nel distretto giudiziario di Reutte.
Il comune è situato nella valle di Tannheim tra il Haldensee a nord e il villaggio di Gaicht e il Weißenbach a sud. Il capoluogo omonimo è sede dell'amministrazione comunale. La montagna fa parte delle Alpi di Tannheim.
Nesselwängle si trova all'inizio meridionale della valle di Tannheim ed è, in termini di superficie, il terzo comune più grande della stessa. A Nesselwängle appartengono anche le frazioni di Rauth a pendenza ripida, Schmitte lungo la strada e Haller presso il Haldensee.
