Il Kühtaisattel, comunemente chiamato Kühtai, è un valico alpino del Tirolo che collega la Ötztal attraverso la Nedertal con la Sellraintal. Il crinale delle acque si trova a un'altezza di 2017 m slm e attraversa la località turistica di Kühtai, una frazione di Silz. Attraverso il passo passa una strada provinciale, che come Sellraintalstraße va dalla strada del Tirolo presso Zirl fino a Kühtai e da lì come Kühtaistraße fino a Oetz, verso la Ötztalstraße. A differenza della maggior parte degli altri passi alpini, il Kühtaisattel può essere relativamente facilmente bypassato, in questo caso attraverso la valle dell'Inn; la strada del passo serve principalmente per l'accesso a Kühtai.
