Il Melach è un affluente di destra dell'Inn nella Sellraintal in Tirolo con una lunghezza di circa 23 km.
Il Melach nasce dalla confluenza di diversi torrenti sorgentiferi a nord, sotto il Lüsener Ferner, nella Lüsenstal, che appartiene al comune di St. Sigmund in Sellrain, nelle Alpi dello Stubai. Inizialmente scorre verso nord attraverso la Lüsenstal. A Gries im Sellrain si unisce al Zirmbach che proviene dalla Sellraintal occidentale e si dirige verso nord-est. Attraversa la Sellraintal e riceve il Fotscher Bach a Sellrain. All'uscita della valle presso Kematen, ha scavato una profonda gola prima di uscire nella valle dell'Inn, dove ha accumulato un cono alluvionale e ha deviato l'Inn verso nord, ai piedi della Martinswand. Tra Unterperfuss e Kematen in Tirolo, si immette nell'Inn. Questa confluenza rappresenta la linea di divisione ufficiale tra l'Alta valle dell'Inn e la Bassa valle dell'Inn.
