La catena Gleirsch-Halltal è una catena del Karwendel nelle Alpi calcaree settentrionali. Si trova a sud della catena Hinterautal-Vomper, la catena montuosa più lunga del Karwendel, ed è quasi altrettanto potente. A sud della Stempeljochspitze si collega attraverso lo Stempeljoch alla Nordkette. Il nome della catena montuosa deriva da due valli: la Gleirschtal a ovest o sud-ovest e la Halltal a sud-est.
