La chiesa parrocchiale cattolica romana di Mayrhofen si trova in un cimitero a nord del comune di Mayrhofen, nel distretto di Schwaz in Tirolo. È dedicata a "Nostra Signora" e fa parte del decanato di Zell am Ziller nell'arcidiocesi di Salisburgo. L'edificio è sotto protezione monumentale.
La chiesa risale probabilmente al XIV secolo. Dopo un incendio, l'edificio fu ricostruito sotto la direzione del maestro costruzione della Hagauer Bauhütte, Lienhart Plutaur, tra il 1500 e il 1511. In un documento del 1544 viene chiamata "gotzhaus unserer lieben Frauen zw Mairhoff". Il coro gotico fu consacrato nel 1511. Tra il 1589 e il 1590 la chiesa bruciò nuovamente. Nel 1664 fu elevata a vicariato. Ciò la rese indipendente da Zell am Ziller e risparmiò ai fedeli il lungo tragitto fino a lì. Nel 1740/41 la navata fu demolita e sostituita da un edificio barocco dell'architetto di Hippach Hans Holzmeister. I dipinti più significativi di questo periodo sono i 14 quadri della Via Crucis, realizzati da Joseph Michael Schmutzer intorno al 1743. L'altare maggiore è un altare a quattro colonne del ben noto Tirolese Veit Steiner. La Madonna con il Bambino fu realizzata intorno al 1840 da Josef Arnold il Vecchio.
