La stazione di Vienna Nussdorf si trova nel 19° distretto municipale di Vienna, Döbling, nella parte del distretto di Nussdorf. Qui si incontrano la Franz-Josefs-Bahn e la Donauuferbahn. Si fermano treni regionali e treni S-Bahn della linea S40. La stazione di Nussdorf è stata inaugurata contemporaneamente all'attivazione della Franz-Josefs-Bahn nel tratto Eggenburg–Vienna il 23 giugno 1870. All'epoca Nussdorf era ancora un comune indipendente. Nel 1878 la Donauuferbahn è stata integrata nella stazione e nel 1889 la Franz-Josefs-Bahn è stata ampliata a doppio binario. Dal 1898 al 1918 la stazione è stata servita anche dalla Vienna Stadtbahn. L'edificio originale della stazione è stato sostituito nel 1900 da una generosa nuova costruzione, che comprendeva un binario di casa e un binario centrale. Da allora, l'esterno dell'edificio della stazione è cambiato poco. Il 1° ottobre 1978 le linee Franz-Josefs-Bahn e Donauuferbahn sono state elettrificate.
