Bahnhofet Wien Nussdorf ligger i den 19. Wiener bydel Döbling i bydel Nussdorf. Her mødes Franz-Josefs-Bahn og Donauuferbahn. Regionaltog og S-Bahn-tog fra linje S40 stopper her. Bahnhof Nussdorf blev indviet samtidig med idriftsættelsen af Franz-Josefs-Bahn på strækningen Eggenburg–Wien den 23. juni 1870. Dengang var Nussdorf stadig en selvstændig kommune. I 1878 blev Donauuferbahn integreret i stationen, og i 1889 blev Franz-Josefs-Bahn bygget ud med to spor. Fra 1898 til 1918 blev stationen desuden betjent af Wiener Stadtbahn. Den oprindelige stationsbygning blev i 1900 erstattet af en rummelig nybygning, der omfattede en husperron og en midterperron. Siden da er stationens ydre næsten ikke blevet ændret. Den 1. oktober 1978 blev Franz-Josefs-Bahn og Donauuferbahn elektrificeret.
