Il distretto di Brčko è un'unità amministrativa autonoma sotto la sovranità della Bosnia ed Erzegovina, si trova nella parte nord-est del Paese. Formalmente fa parte di entrambe le entità bosniache: la Federazione e la Repubblica Serba.
Il distretto rimane sotto la supervisione della comunità internazionale. Il distretto di Brčko copre un'area di 493 km² e ha circa 93.000 abitanti ; la sua sede si trova nella città di Brčko.
Il distretto non ha bandiera, né stemma: usa la bandiera e lo stemma federale della Bosnia ed Erzegovina, come deciso dal Decreto istitutivo.
