Il Prinsenhof di Gand in Belgio, era la residenza ufficiale del conte delle Fiandre a Gand a partire dal XV secolo.
Il Prinsenhof venne utilizzato dal conte delle Fiandre almeno dal 1366. Prima di allora, era la residenza del finanziere Simon de Mirabello, e aveva una cappella collegata all'abbazia di San Bavone. Venne poi chiamato Hof ten Walle. Filippo il Buono, che vi abitò in gioventù, l'aveva completamente ricostruito.
