Christiaen Lauw e sua moglie Gertrude Boden fecero costruire nel 1799 il Karrehof come abitazione e due edifici rurali.
Nel 1892 la fattoria passò nelle mani di Marie-Octavie Boden e suo marito Guillaume Vanmarsenille, un successivo sindaco di Batsheers. Successivamente, la fattoria fu ceduta a suo fratello Florent, il bisnonno dell'attuale proprietaria. Nel 1983 la fattoria fu ristrutturata per diventare uno dei primi alloggi per il turismo rurale in Limburg. Da allora, innumerevoli ospiti hanno goduto di un piacevole soggiorno e delle doti culinarie della padrona di casa. Alla fattoria appartiene un accogliente giardino fiorito, un prato giochi e un frutteto con numerose varietà di frutti autoctoni. Dopo recenti lavori di ampliamento, 't Karrehof offre ospitalità a 35 ospiti.
