La stazione di Anzegem è una stazione ferroviaria lungo la linea ferroviaria 89 nel comune di Anzegem. Ora è una fermata.
Venerdì 14 settembre 2012 si è verificato un grave incidente nei pressi della stazione di Anzegem. Un camion polacco si è bloccato al passaggio a livello. Un treno passeggeri diretto verso Kortrijk ha urtato il camion e lo ha trascinato per metri. Il primo vagone del treno è deragliato. Il conducente del camion è riuscito a mettersi in salvo in tempo, ma ci sono stati due feriti a bordo del treno. I danni materiali sono stati significativi. Il traffico ferroviario tra Kortrijk e Oudenaarde è rimasto fermo per il resto della giornata e è stato attivato un servizio autobus sostitutivo. Nella notte tra venerdì e sabato il treno è stato rimosso, ma il passaggio a livello è rimasto chiuso fino a domenica pomeriggio.
