Holsbeek è un luogo e un comune nella provincia belga di Brabante Fiammingo. Il comune conta circa 10.000 abitanti.
Il feudo di Holsbeek rientrava nel miglio di ban della città di Leuven; l'amministrazione della giustizia avveniva tramite una corte ducale. Dal 1505, il potere giuridico ducale fu concesso in pegno a una serie di signori, tra cui Federico di Holsbeek, che nel 1661 fu elevato al titolo di barone di Holsbeek. La sua baronia comprendeva anche Attenhove e Kortrijk. Nel XVIII secolo, la baronia passò alla famiglia Gaethovius.
