L'abbazia di Ten Duinen è un punto di riferimento turistico a Koksijde. Il museo dell'abbazia storica di Ten Duinen si trova in un edificio moderno, in cui viene mostrato il significato religioso e culturale di quest'abbazia attraverso la storia. Viene trattata anche la vita quotidiana dei monaci cistercensi del primo Medioevo, a partire dal 1107 fino alla morte dell'ultimo monaco nel 1833. Il sito archeologico è stato restaurato ed è aperto al pubblico. La soffitta del museo contiene una straordinaria collezione di argenteria liturgica. Un altro luogo da visitare assolutamente è il cimitero militare britannico (1940-1945). Rappresenta i sacrifici britannici nella Battaglia di Dunkerque. Anche il museo Paul Delvaux a St-Idesbald è un must da vedere. Ospita la più grande collezione di dipinti di questo pittore surrealista belga nel mondo.
