Il monumentale edificio di testa del molo di Blankenberge si raggiunge dopo un ponte in cemento lungo 350 metri. La prima versione di questo ponte molo, una versione in ghisa, risale al 1894. Nel 1914 l'edificio di testa fu dato alle fiamme dai tedeschi. Nel 1933 fu costruito un molo in cemento. Nel 2003 tutto è stato completamente ristrutturato. Nell'edificio di testa c'è un caffè accogliente. Vengono anche organizzate regolarmente mostre.
