L'abbazia di San Benedetto di Achel, spesso chiamata anche la Kluis di Achel, è un'abbazia cistercense situata in parte sul territorio belga e in parte su quello olandese; la parte belga si trova nel comune di Hamont-Achel, quella olandese nel comune di Valkenswaard.
Ufficialmente, l'abbazia si chiama Nostra Signora di La Trappe di San Benedetto. Questa comunità monastica sceglie di vivere secondo il Vangelo, nella gioiosa attesa del ritorno di Gesù Cristo. L'abbazia è nota anche per la birra trappista omonima Achel, prodotta dal 1998 nel proprio birrificio (fonte: http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abdij_van_Achel).
