Una visita al nuovissimo Museo dello Zucchero non può certamente mancare nel programma. In questo museo cerchiamo il 'sapore perduto dello zucchero'. Colorati personaggi animati invitano a rintracciare la fonte del male. Sarà un percorso tra storie, suoni e immagini suggestive del colorato mondo dello zucchero.
Il museo comprende diverse sezioni, distribuite sui 3 piani delle ex municipalità. Tutti gli aspetti sono trattati: la affascinante storia sociale, il raccolto delle barbabietole, la produzione di miele delle api, fino a tutte le possibili applicazioni dello zucchero. All'ultimo piano del museo è previsto uno spazio per mostre temporanee, allestite per la durata di un anno.
Il Museo dello Zucchero utilizza le più moderne tecniche museali. La visita avviene tramite un audioguida.
