Il piano superiore è dedicato ad André Demedts (1906-1992), da cui la casa prende anche il nome: qui impari tutto sulla vita e l'opera del noto scrittore e promotore culturale.
In estate puoi anche bere qualcosa sulla terrazza accogliente.
