Rodenbach è un birrificio e marchio di birra di Roeselare. Il birrificio è stato fondato nel 1821 dalla famiglia Rodenbach. Dal 1998 fa parte di Palm Breweries.
Rodenbach produce una birra di colore rosso a fermentazione mista, un cosiddetto "Vlaams rood bruin". La birra inizialmente a fermentazione alta matura in grandi botti di rovere e acquisisce un sapore leggermente acido grazie a un'infezione desiderata con il batterio del latte. Questo tipo di birra è ancora prodotto da alcuni altri produttori nella regione, ma ciò che rende Rodenbach unica è che si è completamente specializzata in questo. I magazzini con i foeders formano uno spettacolo impressionante e sono stati chiamati una "cattedrale della birra". L'esperto di birra Michael Jackson ha definito il birrificio un "tesoro nazionale".
