Questa terza opera di Arthur Craco si trovava nei giardini del Castello Noël, lungo l’avenue Roi Albert in direzione di Andenelle. Sul bordo della vasca si potevano vedere quattro chimere (animale con la testa di un leone, il corpo di una capra e la coda di un serpente) che versavano l’acqua nell’ampia vasca. In mezzo ad essa, un’altra vasca più piccola era sorretta da quattro colonne, ciascuna con sopra un bull-dog.
