Riserva naturale dei Dautenweyers
I laghi si sono formati a causa dell'estrazione di ferro a metà del XIX secolo. Successivamente, la natura ha potuto rioccupare il suo posto. I Dauteweyers sono una zona ricca di acqua. I bordi e le zone di interfluenza intorno ai laghi formano interessanti aree di transizione. Più avanti ci sono boschi di ontano e prati umidi. Ognuno con la sua fauna e flora specifica. Qui incontriamo quindi principalmente piante e animali legati all'acqua. I Dauteweyers formano la scenografia ideale per uno degli anfibi più rari del nostro paese: il ragno degli alberi.
