Gembes è un villaggio nella provincia belga di Lussemburgo ed è una frazione di Daverdisse. Il villaggio si trova a quasi cinque chilometri a sud-ovest dal centro di Daverdisse.
Gembes è il villaggio più importante nella valle dell'Almache. È situato su una collina che si affaccia sui torrenti Almache e Rancenne. Il suo attuale territorio in passato dipendeva da un lato dal Duca di Bouillon e dall'altro dal Duca di Lussemburgo. Questo spiega perché ci sono due mulini a Gembes: il mulino di Gembes alla confluenza dell'Almache e della Rancenne, e il vecchio mulino di Mont sur la Rancenne.
