Il castello Xhos) è un complesso monumentale a Tavier, una frazione del comune belga di Anthisnes nella provincia di Liegi. Costruito nel XVII secolo da Pierre de Méan e successivamente modificato più volte dai suoi discendenti, il castello a tre ali appartiene oggi alla famiglia von Oultremont, che lo utilizza come abitazione privata. Gli edifici non possono quindi essere visitati.
