Jonkershove è un villaggio nel comune belga di Houthulst. Jonkershove non è mai stata un comune autonomo, ma in passato era un villaggio di Woumen, ora stesso un comune di Houthulst. Il Jonkershof viene menzionato per la prima volta nel 1483 come proprietà di Jan van Provyn. Da isso sarebbe sorta la signoria di Jonkershove. La famiglia Provyn rimase proprietaria fino alla seconda metà del XVIII secolo, dopodiché la famiglia de Corte li succedette. Jonkershove era quindi una signoria a Woumen e dipendeva dal Burg di Bruges.
