Jonkershove is a hamlet in the Belgian municipality of Houthulst. Jonkershove has never been an independent municipality, but was formerly a hamlet of Woumen, which is now a part of Houthulst. The Jonkershof is first mentioned in 1483 as the property of Jan van Provyn. From this, the lordship of Jonkershove is believed to have emerged. The Provyn family remained the owner until the second half of the 18th century, after which the de Corte family succeeded them. Jonkershove was then a lordship in Woumen and dependent on the Burg of Bruges.
