Jonkershove ist ein Weiler in der belgischen Gemeinde Houthulst. Jonkershove war niemals eine eigenständige Gemeinde, sondern war früher ein Weiler von Woumen, das jetzt selbst ein Teilgemeinde von Houthulst ist. Der Jonkershof wird erstmals 1483 als Eigentum von Jan van Provyn erwähnt. Daraus könnte die Herrschaft Jonkershove entstanden sein. Die Familie Provyn blieb bis zur zweiten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts Eigentümer, danach folgte die Familie de Corte. Jonkershove war dann eine Herrschaft in Woumen und abhängig von der Burg von Brügge.
